DNSSEC stands for Domain Name System Security Extensions, and just as its name implies, it adds a layer of security on top of the otherwise unsecure DNS. DNSSEC protects the integrity of DNS data and makes sure that it comes from a verified source.
My name is Sascha and I'm interested in various facettes of nerdiness. Mostly in programming the web. I'm also interested in science, mostly biology, philosophy, physics, new technologies, gaming, social networking, music, software... most of the geeky stuff.
